The Role:

As a key member of the HR team, you will:

• Support high-volume recruitment, including scheduling interviews, tests, candidate communications, and pre-employment medicals.
• Maintain training and development records while advising on training opportunities.
• Provide administrative support across HR and Payroll functions.
• Manage employee benefits administration and guidance.
• Handle employee queries related to day-to-day HR matters.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee, training, and HR records.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Previous HR experience in a manufacturing setting (advantageous).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
