HR Generalist – Exciting Opportunity in a Dynamic Manufacturing Environment

The Role:
As a key member of the HR team, you will:
- Support high-volume recruitment, including scheduling interviews, tests, candidate communications, and pre-employment medicals.
- Maintain training and development records while advising on training opportunities.
- Provide administrative support across HR and Payroll functions.
- Manage employee benefits administration and guidance.
- Handle employee queries related to day-to-day HR matters.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee, training, and HR records.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
- Previous HR experience in a manufacturing setting (advantageous).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
