Job Tittle: Creative Lead Designer
Are you creative, have a keen sense of design, and love challenges? 🎨🚀 We are looking for a Creative Lead Designer who will shape exceptional marketing stories for the global brands Gorenje and Hisense with their vision and innovation.
Your tasks:
- Design and implement creative content for digital and print media
- Conduct market research and analysis – monitor trends, competition, and consumer habits
- Co-create marketing strategies and prepare plans for creative campaigns
- Prepare monthly reports on the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Seek and implement the latest trends in creative design and share knowledge within the team
What we expect:
- Master degree in social sciences or a related field
- Experience in creative design and a passion for design
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) – Figma is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, DALL-E) and their use in creative processes
- Analytical skills and a good understanding of the market
- Self-initiative, organizational skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively
- Valid B-category driver’s license
- Proficiency in English and Slovenian is must
