Project Assistant Manager, Electrical

We are looking for a "Project Assistant Manager, Electrical "to be assigned to our “Technical Administration” department located in İstanbul HQ

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

• Graduated from the Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering department of universities,
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical systems design, maintenance and operation, preferably having worked in power plant operations. (Experience working on international projects is preferred.)
• Expertise in power systems, high voltage equipment and electrical distribution systems,
• Experience in managing operation and maintenance processes,
• Experienced in fault analysis, process optimization and critical equipment management,
• Competence in Load Flow, Short Circuit Analysis, Single Line Diagram Drawing, Relay Protection Coordination and ability to use relevant programs,
• Advanced knowledge of English (ability to prepare technical documentation and communicate with international teams, both written and verbal).
• Having project management and team leadership competence and the ability to adapt to organizational change,
• Able to adapt to intense work tempo with a result-oriented approach,
• He is well versed in innovative technologies and developments in the energy sector.
• Knowledgeable about occupational safety and process safety standards.
• There is no obstacle to travel,

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

• To examine the maintenance and operation data of all facilities within the central technical department of Energy Production Facilities, to determine possible maintenance needs, and to create predictive maintenance plans to avoid incidental situations.
• To provide support in the preparation of system and equipment-based maintenance and operation instructions, procedures and other technical documents to be implemented in Energy Production Facilities,
• Contributing to field work, conducting technical meetings with contractors if necessary and planning field organizations
• To monitor business operation and maintenance processes by collaborating with internal teams,
• To follow new technologies, to contribute to the evaluation process (cost, timing, technical content, etc.) of development ideas determined during the preparation of the Business Plan,
