Business Analyst/Scrum Master

Our public sector client is seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst/Scrum Master to support the Technology Enablement Lead for the design and delivery of the customer portal. The resource will be required to support requirements gathering, technical design reviews, business engagements, analysis, and documentation deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Function as a BSA / BA for documenting requirements in Jira stories and all necessary tasks relating to driving out the requirements such as running/facilitating elaboration workshops and technical design workshops

• Support design and development of technical solutions relating to Customer Portal and Authentication

• Run daily stand-ups for specific streams of work, collaborating with different development teams

Deliverables:

• Requirements, design, build configuration, and sustainment documents

• Status reports, budget reviews, technology risk, and issues management.

• Resource forecasting, and planning.

• Technology decision recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate and design and facilitate meetings, workshops

• Understanding business requirements and translating that for technical teams

• Provide leadership and direction for ISD team members on CPAI project

• Coordinate between various ISD teams for solution delivery.

• Run daily standups and scrums with an eye for delivery process improvements
