Software Engineer - iOS

We are hiring for Kuku FM.

We are looking for an iOS Developer responsible for developing our iOS Application and scaling it to 1M+ users. Your primary focus will be the development of various features for iOS mobile applications and ensure a smooth, bug-free experience for our users.

Overview

As an iOS Developer at KukuFM, you will be responsible for developing an application that supports Millions of Active users. Your day-to-day work would not only involve writing code but also thinking about solving problems in the most optimized and scalable ways. At KukuFM we give freedom to understand the problem construct a solution and implement the same.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to develop high-quality iOS applications.
• Design and implement new features, functionalities, and enhancements for our existing iOS applications.
• Write clean and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Debug and resolve software defects to ensure the optimal performance of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve the development process.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
  
  

Requirements And Qualifications

• Experience of 1-3 years
• Graduated from Tier I engineering college
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in at least one Object-oriented programming language
• Proven experience as an iOS Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Swift
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, and Core Animation.
• Experience with a media playback library (e.g., AVFoundation, ExoPlayer, AVKit)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration of third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fair understanding of building RESTful APIs
• Good understanding of git or other version control systems
• Write Unit Test Cases in iOS Application

• Knowledge of mobile app security best practices.
