SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. The robust e-learning platform that supports multimedia content, quizzes, and assessments. Courses are accessible on various devices, including smartphones and tablets, with regular updates to course content to reflect the latest industry standards and regulations. Established in 1997 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, USA, they have earned accreditation from esteemed organizations and regulatory bodies like the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB), and the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), among others.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience using technical tools in project management or a related role.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• General understanding or demonstrated experience with key project management skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate superior leadership, presentation, planning ability, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen; understanding how a project might impact the stakeholder’s business.
• The ability to sound problem-solving techniques with the ability and persistence to generate options and select the best solution.
• Ability to build relationships based on trust to enable collaboration and cooperation amongst team members and internal/external stakeholders.
• Team player mentality and willingness to share knowledge with others.

Responsibilities

• Set clear priorities and guide internal and external stakeholders through the project’s life cycle.
• Facilitate and supervise regular status reporting to inform stakeholders of project risks and potential impacts.
• Partner with product owner and other project managers on internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide input into continuous PMO process improvements.
• Review project expenditures and time entries for accuracy against the project timeframe and plan.
