• Day Rate: €450-€500 per day

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Product Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and UX Designers to deliver impactful products for our clients. You’ll lead product development from inception to delivery, with a strong focus on data-driven insights and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the adoption of client-obsessed practices and design thinking methodologies.
• Facilitate client research and workshops to shape the product roadmap and OKRs.
• Work hands-on with ETL processes, data pipelines, and warehousing. Experience with SSIS or similar tools is a plus.
• Query databases (SQL) and synthesize insights from client feedback, market analysis, and user testing.
• Author feature briefs, user stories, and release notes, and ensure smooth product documentation.
• Partner with UX designers to deliver top-notch user experiences.
• Contribute to product KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in IT product management, with a focus on ETL and data-driven products.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Experience with agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in financial services or life insurance is a plus.
