Head of Business and Customer Operations

Your Role

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with corporate and VIP clients, streamlining operations, and supporting the Head of Operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business activities.
• Assist the Head of Operations in organizing the team.
• Review and improve procedures and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Support customer onboarding, with a particular focus on corporate clients.
• Oversee operational tasks related to European customers.
• Manage and develop relationships with Corporate & VIP clients.
• Collaborate with compliance and finance teams on various projects.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of operational projects.
• Support in drafting social media posts and articles.

Your Profile

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic records.
• Experience working with high-profile clients or companies.
• Background in a financial institution is a plus.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office & Excel (SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Experience in writing procedures and leading teams is a plus.

Languages

• Fluent in English and French (German is a plus).

• Luxembourg (You must be based in Luxembourg).
