Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field,
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to details,
• Familiarity with polymers working in a laboratory or production environment with some potential,
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to work effectively across multiple functional departments,
• MS Office proficiency,
• Flexible and a good team player,
• Excellent verbal and written English skills,
• Place of residence: Kütahya or Eskisehir.

Job Description

• Drive new product implementation, focusing on glass and plastic materials, manage product development lifecycle from concept to production, oversee prototyping and testing phases, coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful launches.
• Research new materials and technologies, identify innovative solutions for product improvement, evaluate alternative materials, collaborate with suppliers, and research partners.
• Perform chemical, mechanical, and thermal analysis of materials, conduct material testing and performance evaluation, document test results and provide technical recommendations, evaluate material behavior under various conditions.
• Monitor market trends and technological developments, conduct competitive analysis, perform benchmark studies, stay updated with industry standards.
• Use analytical and statistical tools for problem-solving, apply quality control methodologies, perform defect analysis, develop process improvement solutions.
