GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Knowledgeable in innovation and R&D topics.
• Experience and expertise in gathering, generating, and evaluating innovative ideas.
• Research-oriented and curious.
• Strong ability to influence communities and high representation skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in English (Advanced level).
• Preferably holds a Master's degree.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead efforts to establish an R&D & Innovation culture.
• Manage the budgeting, tracking, and reporting processes for R&D & Innovation projects.
• Plan and execute the idea collection, idea selection and evaluation, project selection, and implementation processes for Innovation projects.
• Represent the R&D Center at relevant institutions to strengthen sectoral collaborations and closely follow trends.
• Manage programs in collaboration with start-ups.
• Conduct competitor patent searches, trend scans, etc., to follow developments and trends in the industry and prepare and publish reports.
