We’re looking for a talented Fraud Data Analyst to join our growing fraud analytics team. Get ready to play a key role in fraud detection, rule optimization, and analytics while working with leading fraud prevention platforms.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Develop and fine-tune fraud detection rules within fraud prevention platforms to enhance fraud detection rates.

🔹 Analyze fraud alerts and transactions to identify weaknesses and improve rules through data-driven insights.

🔹 Optimize rule performance by reducing false positives without compromising fraud detection accuracy.

🔹 Monitor real-time fraud trends and generate insights to detect emerging fraud typologies.

🔹 Conduct post-fraud analysis, recommend control enhancements, and improve fraud mitigation strategies.

🔹 Support investigations by providing data-backed insights on fraudulent activity patterns.

🔹 Work closely with Fraud Investigations and Operations teams to enhance fraud prevention efforts.

🔹 Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, or other analytics tools.

🔹 Create fraud dashboards and reports to track KPIs, rule performance, and fraud loss trends.

🔹 Present findings and recommendations to senior fraud management.

🤩 What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5+ years of experience in fraud analytics or fraud detection rule writing in banking, fintech, or payments.

✅ Hands-on experience with fraud detection platforms (FICO Falcon, SAS FM, VRM, MasterCard Connect, Feedzai, Actimize, etc.).

✅ Strong SQL skills to extract and analyze large fraud datasets.

✅ Understanding of card fraud, digital payments fraud, and real-time transaction monitoring.

✅ Ability to interpret fraud trends and translate insights into effective fraud detection rules.

✅ A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.

✅ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
