Business Analyst

Role Overview: We are seeking a Business Analyst with a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze business needs and deliver technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a cross-functional environment, leveraging AI to improve business outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement through AI technologies.
• Develop clear, detailed business requirements for AI-based solutions.
• AI Solution Design & Integration:
• Work with data science, machine learning, and AI engineering teams to design and implement AI solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and work with development teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Help define project scope, objectives, and timelines for AI initiatives.
• Data Analysis & Visualization:
• Analyze large data sets to uncover insights that support AI initiatives and business decisions.
• Use AI tools and data analytics platforms to create actionable reports and visualizations.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication:
• Act as the liaison between business users, AI development teams, and project managers.
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project deliverables and timelines.
• Communicate complex AI concepts in simple terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Process Improvement & AI Strategy:
• Recommend AI-driven strategies and improvements to enhance business processes.
• Stay current on the latest AI trends and technologies, ensuring that the business benefits from the latest advancements.
• Project Management Support:
• Assist with managing AI projects, including planning, execution, and tracking progress.
• Provide support in defining project scope and deliverables related to AI-driven initiatives.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2-3 years of experience working with AI technologies or AI-based projects.
• Experience in AI project management and business process improvement.
• Technical Skills:
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, R, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools (e.g., Azure AI, Google AI, AWS AI, IBM Watson).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other similar platforms.
