HR Specialist (IT)

QATestLab is an international provider of independent testing services with 20+ years of experience delivering QA support across multiple industries — from eCommerce, banking, and healthcare to game, media, and telecom. Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.)

We expect you:

• Have at least 2 years of experience as an HR manager
• Have Intermediate level of English
• Have experience working with IT specialists
• Are sociable: You want to get to the bottom of the problem, know how to ask insightful questions, and address h colleagues' requests
• Are a team player: You are ready to work in a team and help colleagues to achieve results
• Are people-oriented: You strive to build partnerships with colleagues and understand the importance of employee loyalty
• Are initiative and proactive. You don’t just follow the  instructions – you  seek and implement the best solutions
• Quick decision-maker. You are good at task prioritization and can take responsibility for delivering results

Main responsibilities: 

• Onboard and adapt employees
• Conduct 1-to-1 meetings, exit interviews and performance reviews
• Develop HR processes
• Participate in employer brand development projects
