Senior C# Developer

Our client, a major player in the energy sector, is looking for a Senior C# Developer in Brussels.

You will join a dedicated team working on strategic technology tools related to pricing, forecasting, and operational data management.

Your role will involve contributing to projects focused on developing and maintaining modules such as contract management, transactions, forecasting, pricing, etc.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (Product Owner, Business Analysts, developers, and business users), you will contribute to designing stable, secure, and high-performance solutions, adhering to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Gain expertise in existing applications and familiarize yourself with the technical environment.
• Define and implement APIs, modules, and components needed for business processes.
• Participate in the design, development, support, and maintenance (both corrective and evolutionary) of the solutions.
• Develop build tools, automated tests, and maintenance tools to ensure code quality.
• Contribute to platform optimization and evolution, ensuring scalability and security.
• Write technical documentation and user manuals.
• Provide Level 2 support: analyze and resolve incidents, addressing recurring issues.
• Assist users in adopting and utilizing the tools effectively.

Profile and Skills:

• Significant experience in Back-End development with advanced expertise in C#
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Autonomy, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills
• Languages: C#, .NET Core
• Tools: Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
• Databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, CI/CD
