Senior C# Developer

Our client, a major player in the Banking, is looking for a Senior C# Developer in Brussels.

Responsibilities:

• Enforcing standardization within the defined perimeter.
• Ensuring that production runs continuously, with priority participation in resolving incidents and problems.
• Ensuring that "builds build" and implementing actions to restore a stable state.
• Understanding user needs and analyzing errors to contribute to continuous improvement in techniques, team organization, and processes.
• Actively participating in production start-ups, contributing to project deliverables such as security, architecture, and estimations.
• Participating in estimates for tasks and projects.
• Maintaining and improving in-house tools, including updating libraries.
• Ensuring and challenging technical choices to align with:
• Client needs
• Architectural norms and standards
• Innovation and digital transformation principles
• Information system security
• Raising alerts within the team and acting as a relay between the development team and the development manager.

Profile and Skills:

• Proven experience in C# development.
• Strong understanding of user needs and production processes.
• Ability to analyze errors and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Experience with cloud technologies.
• Python skills.
