Technology Engineer

Job Description:

• Covering the areas of vibration welding, 1K sealant application, and component welding using heating elements
• The work involves mastering new components and integrating them into production
• Collaboration with the development team and potential suppliers of equipment and tools
• Providing necessary support in regular production (maintenance, breakdowns, etc.)
• Ensuring timely ordering of necessary tools and equipment
• Ensuring smooth workflow in line with company goals, primarily in the areas of safety, productivity, and cost reduction
• Involving and informing departments responsible for each process in the factory
• Ensuring personal training and training of colleagues in the field of technological equipment
• Collaborating with other technologists on general tasks and projects
• Collaborating with professional and management staff from other technical fields
• Preparing and maintaining the necessary documentation for ensuring smooth operations, planning, and calculations

Requirements:

• At least a VI-level technical education or equivalent (a degree in polymer technology will be an advantage)
• Excellent knowledge of the English language; knowledge of German and/or Italian is an advantage
• Excellent computer literacy
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in technology
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding
• Good organizational skills
• Goal-oriented approach
