About the Job
Our client is seeking a Supply Chain oriented Procurement Executive to be based at the head office, responsible for leading the company’s procurement function and managing a multimillion‑euro procurement portfolio. This role will play a critical part in building and executing the procurement policy in line with the principles, standards, and initiatives.
The Procurement Executive will oversee centralized purchasing activities for raw materials, production materials, and all manufacturing‑related categories. This includes preparing purchasing budgets, developing accurate procurement forecasts, controlling contracts, and managing the end‑to‑end P2P process. The role will also ensure the implementation of efficient procurement processes, cost optimization, and full compliance with Group Procurement directives.
A key focus of the position is strategic sourcing, negotiation, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation. The role requires close interaction with internal stakeholders across the organization, as well as maintaining strong cooperation with broader supply chain functions — including planning, logistics, import & export operations, and leading S&OP meetings. The Procurement Executive will also be responsible for identifying supply risks, ensuring business continuity, and driving synergies across companies in the local market.
This position includes leadership of the procurement functions with responsibilities such as setting priorities, allocating tasks, defining objectives, and evaluating performance. The reporting line involves close exposure to C‑level stakeholders, in addition to strong connectivity with central supply chain teams.
The role is office‑based, five days a week, company premises located at Tuzla region. With occasional travel to the manufacturing facility.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a multimillion‑euro procurement portfolio in a manufacturing or supply‑chain‑driven organization.
- Strong background in strategic sourcing, advanced negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Fluency in English is a certainly a must.
- Experience working in multinational or matrix structures, preferably with exposure to vast supply chain networks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, supported by strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience in end‑to‑end P2P process management, including contract control (Outline Agreements) and approval matrix ownership.
- Ability to prepare purchasing budgets, develop forecasts, and manage raw material, production material, and energy categories.
- Solid understanding of procurement governance, compliance frameworks, and cost‑optimization methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to adjust procurement processes according to regulatory or legal changes.
- Ability to collaborate closely with planning, logistics, import/export, and other supply chain functions.
- Able to effectively work with senior leadership, including C‑level reporting lines.
