Role Description

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Avy, you will be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence into our platform, driving innovation and optimizing our business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience. With expertise in generative AI and Machine Learning, you will explore cutting-edge AI technologies, create prototypes, and implement applied AI/ML solutions on top of the rest of our platform and it's features.

Your impact on our platform and our end-users (~20% of rental tenants in Sweden) is going to be instant!

Areas where we are investing most of our applied AI efforts today are our vertically focused AI Copilot which is fine-tuned for property industry and is helping both property owners and tenants in their every-day lives.

Another area is Insights where we are applying advanced ML techniques in order to go beyond classical BI and enable our users to leverage AI and ML on top of the data they create and consume in our platform.

This role requires creating Applied AI/ML solution in Golang.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience in utilizing AI technologies in every-day work
• Fluency in using AI code assistant
• Experience writing production-ready Golang code
• Proven experience with generative AI and deploying AI models into production.
• Experience working with various NLP, LLM and related machine learning concepts
• Programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-based AI solutions
• Knowledge of big data processing, optimization techniques, and model scalability.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, product managers or business developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying up to date with the latest AI advancements.
• Experience with responsible AI practices, including model interpretability, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
• Familiarity with both open-source and proprietary AI solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present AI concepts to stakeholders effectively.
