Project Manager

Position Overview

Our retail client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team for 12+ weeks. This will be fulltime hours per week, with 1x day per week onsite in Midtown Toronto (Yonge/Eglinton).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage packaging projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables.
• Work with artwork templates, die lines, etc.
• Manage updates to product copy on packaging.
• Manage reviews and approvals, prepress approvals etc.
• Collect final artwork and send to vendors for printing.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in packaging.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a PM or Producer, specifically for packaging projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and the ability to work without handholding.
• Agency experience is preferred.
