About Us:

We are looking for an IT Support / DevOps Engineer to enhance and manage our IT infrastructure. We seek a proactive professional with strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset. Our office is in central Antwerp, and preference is given to candidates based nearby.

• Manage, optimize, and automate IT infrastructure for seamless operations.
• Provide IT support for laptops, phones, printers, servers, and networks.
• Configure and manage GSuite, Atlassian, ensuring ISO27001 security compliance.
• Implement MFA and access controls for security.
• Troubleshoot IT issues onsite (3 days/week) and remotely.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.
• Support backend, frontend, and cross-platform development.
• Clearly communicate IT solutions to diverse teams.
• Enhance IT processes, monitoring, cloud management, and disaster recovery.

• 5+ years in IT Support, DevOps, or related field.
• Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins.
• Proficiency in GSuite, Atlassian, and security standards.
• Cloud environment management expertise.
• Excellent communication in Dutch & English.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
