Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Intune-based Modern Workspace engineering and mobile device management.
- Manage and optimize EUC solutions across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Support the transition to cloud-managed modern workspaces.
- Integrate DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation into EUC environments.
- Automate device provisioning, application deployment, and updates.
- Collaborate in Agile sprints with EUC, Cloud, and DevOps teams.
- Provide support for high-priority incidents and technical escalations.
- Monitor performance and continuously improve user experience.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, MECM, and Azure (including AVD).
- Experience with application packaging and deployment (Windows & macOS).
- Knowledge of MDM for iOS and Android.
- CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, or GitLab.
- PowerShell and scripting experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and fluency in Dutch.
