We’re looking for Microsoft Cloud Engineers and Architects to join a growing team across Norway.

The Roles

As an Azure Engineer/Architect, you’ll work on transformative projects, utilising a deep knowledge of the Azure ecosystem to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions. For senior individuals, Team Lead opportunities are available within large infrastructure and platform transformation projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Able to Communicate Fluently in Norwegian
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Cloud technologies
• Hands-on expertise with Azure services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Identity, Security)
• Proficiency in Well-Architected Framework or Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
• Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or PowerShell
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Services, policy-driven governance, and cloud cost optimization
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, Azure DevOps, and API management
• Ambition to lead, mentor, and drive technical excellence within teams

Microsoft Engineers/Architect (On-Premises & Hybrid)

For professionals with Hybrid or On-Premises experience, this role involves supporting customers transitioning to modern cloud solutions while maintaining operational excellence in on-premises environments.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, forests, and domains
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation
• Willingness to pursue cloud certification and re-skill toward modern cloud technologies
