The Role:

- Oversee and manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes, driving best practices in project execution.

- Work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions.

- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple departments, regions, and organizational levels.

- Continuously improve project management methodologies and software development processes.

What We are Looking For:

5+ years of experience in software development project management.

Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proven ability to lead technically and organisationally complex projects with multiple stakeholder touchpoints.

Fluent Norwegian speaker (C1 level minimum).

Must be eligible for security clearance.

Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.

Bonus: Prior hands-on experience as a developer or technical specialist before transitioning into project management.
