Artificial Intelligence Engineer, SaaS

The Role:

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer who is passionate about artificial intelligence and thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment. You’ll work with existing AI models (OpenAI, open-source), and may also build custom models when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI models for text-to-speech 🗣️, speech-to-text 🎙️, recommendation systems 📝, and generative AI 💡.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to create scalable AI/ML solutions that solve real-world problems 🔧.
• Integrate AI models from platforms like OpenAI and Hugging Face 🛠️.
• Research, experiment, and prototype new AI technologies 🧪.
• Build custom models as needed, ensuring performance and scalability 📈.
• Contribute to data labelling efforts to improve model accuracy 🔍.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership 🧑‍🏫.
• Debug and troubleshoot AI model performance and deployment issues 🐞.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or similar role, with a history of deploying AI models in production environments ⚙️.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a small, agile team 🌱.
• Experience with AI frameworks like OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face 🧑‍💻.
• Hands-on experience with text-to-speech and speech-to-text technologies 🗣️.
• Knowledge of recommendation systems, data labelling, and generative AI 🔥.
• Proficiency in Python 🐍 and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) ☁️.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset 🤝.
