C++ Engineer - LLM and AI Reasoning Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and implement structured reasoning challenges based on programming tasks to educate LLMs.
• Develop datasets aimed at evaluating and advancing an LLM’s capability to resolve intricate, multi-step issues with explicit and logical justifications.
• Engage in collaboration with engineers and researchers to synchronize task goals with model training objectives.
• Enhance and revise task designs according to performance feedback obtained from LLM assessments.
• Maintain clarity, consistency, and exceptional quality in task descriptions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development, specifically within C++.
• Highly proficient C++ coders (Top Coders) capable of solving problems on Leetcode / Hackerrank.
• Outstanding analytical abilities to deconstruct complex issues into logical, structured sequences.
• Fluency in English with exceptional written communication skills for drafting straightforward task outlines.
• A demonstrated flair for creativity and meticulousness in the creation of programming and reasoning activities.
• A record of excellence in problem-solving on platforms such as LeetCode, HackerRank, or GitHub.
