Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a senior IT project manager who would like to be a leader for his team.

Missions

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets.
  • Establish clear communication channels and engage key stakeholders from the outset.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular meetings to track progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain schedules to meet key milestones and deadlines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Provide regular reports, presentations, and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Define the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Identify and prioritize features based on business needs and value.
  • Work closely with technical teams and Product Owners to ensure seamless product delivery.

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in digital project management and product lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, etc.) and methodologies (Agile & Waterfall).
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to understand business challenges and prioritize initiatives based on impact.
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and simplify technical concepts.
  • Capacity to adjust to market changes and evolving business needs.
