We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Summer Internship Program within our Personal & Corporate Chief Operations Office business in Switzerland.

You’ll get to

  • Drive and Innovate Prepare client rollout activities in Mortgages, across digital self-service offerings in E-/M-Banking, with support of a diverse team of experts. Co-create and drive innovative solutions and handle work packages of varying size and complexity.
  • Market and Optimize Support multichannel marketing activities, create internal product training materials, and optimize client support operations.
  • Collaborate and Learn Work closely with senior product owner and other product managers, and collaborate with experts from Sales & Segment Management, Marketing, UX/UI Design, IT, Credit Risk Management, Legal, Finance, Treasury, and others.


Your team

Join our dynamic Mortgages Client Journeys Team, part of the Product, Channels and Marketing organization of UBS Personal & Corporate Banking division. We are an international team of experts dedicated to creating top-notch digital self-service experiences for our Mortgage clients. We manage the entire digital product lifecycle, from ideation to client rollout and support. Always working in collaboration with internal and external experts across functions and continents. Our agile team operates within a cross-functional agile organization, offering flexible working method and models.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who

  • is currently enrolled in studies and will graduate in late 2025 or 2026
  • has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
  • is committed to shape engaging digital experiences for UBS mortgage clients, as well as to continuously optimize and improve based on client feedback.
  • is digitally savvy, familiar with agile methods (e.g. scrum) and passionate about client centric product development.
  • shows strong communication skills and an affinity for product marketing.
  • is familiar with common data analytics and tools (e.g. Excel) and able to create analytics insights.
  • shares our values hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, creative and collaborative.
