Part-Time Working Student (Operasyon)

Siemens Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. (Leasing) bünyesinde görevlendirilmek üzere "Part-Time Working Student" arayışımız bulunmaktadır.

Sorumluluklar

• Gelen ve giden evrakların teslim alınması, taranması, ilgili çalışana bilgi verilmesi, hardcopy ve softcopy olarak arşivlenmesi,
• Gelen operasyon evraklarının kontrollerin yapılması, eksik evrakların ilgisine bildirilmesi.
• Operasyon bölümü çalışanlara evrak takibi konusunda yardımcı olmak,
  
  

Yetkinlikler

• Finans, ekonomi, lojistik vb. bölümlerde okumakta olan,
• Üniversite 3. sınıf öğrencisi
• MS Office uygulamalarına hakim (Word, Excel)
• Ofis ekipmanlarını kullanabilen
• Organizasyon yeteneği, iletişim becerileri güçlü, hızlı aksiyon alabilen ve iş takibi yüksek olan,
• Ekip çalışmasına yatkın, çözüm odaklı,
• İyi derecede yazılı ve sözlü ingilizce bilen,
• Okul döneminde haftada min 3 gün tam zamanlı çalışabilecek
• İstanbul Anadolu yakasında ikamet eden
