Domain Expert – Renewables Asset Management

We are looking for an experienced Domain Expert to strengthen our team, bringing deep technical expertise in renewable energy asset management and SCADA systems. This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal use of TGS Prediktor’s PowerView™ Asset Management Platform for utility-scale renewable energy projects while also contributing to new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in solar PV, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), or hybrid energy systems, combined with a deep understanding of data-driven operations, digitalization, and advanced analytics—and how these tools can create real business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Technical Support

• Support new and existing clients in optimizing their digital asset management strategies, ensuring the implementation of operational platforms that drive efficiency and excellence.
• Conduct technical assessments to identify gaps between current and target operational states and develop strategies to bridge them.
• Recommend data-driven operational improvements to enhance asset performance.
• Provide expertise on managing, operating, and optimizing renewable energy portfolios.
• Ensure effective utilization of the PowerView platform in live operational environments.
  
  

Technical Sales & Business Development

• Assist the sales team by providing technical insights to help position the platform effectively.
• Engage with potential clients, delivering technical demonstrations and showcasing the benefits of advanced asset management solutions.
  
  

Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in renewable energy, regulations, and market developments.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars, positioning yourself as a thought leader in digital asset management.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation, white papers, and training materials to educate clients and internal teams.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in renewable energy asset management, SCADA systems, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, predictive maintenance, and performance optimization for renewable energy assets.
• Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including system design, control strategies, and performance analytics.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with O&M and asset management platforms, IoT, or AI-driven analytics in renewable energy.

• University degree in engineering, renewable energy, computer science, or a related field.
• Understanding of renewable energy regulations, grid operations, and power trading mechanisms.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
