Junior HR Tools Specialist

What you will do


  • Make basic adjustments to automated HR processes within no-code platforms like Workday and SharePoint
  • Collaborate closely with every member of the HR team to collectively influence and enhance HR processes, with a focus on enhancing the team’s experience within Materialise
  • Support local L&D programs in collaboration with the L&D manager, including arranging group training and administration of training requests
  • Support local office events and recognition events in collaboration with event coordinators
  • Support local well-being programs in collaboration with mental health project coordinators
  • Support a local HR Ops Comp&Ben specialist with different activities, including managing tasks in the Workday system


Your profile


  • We’re seeking candidates with prior experience, which may not necessarily be in HR
  • As you will work in an international company, we expect at least an upper-intermediate level of English (excellent speaking, writing, and reading skills)
  • Comfortable utilizing modern technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Attentive to details, strong communication skills, great team player, fast learner, self-organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • We value previous experience in volunteering or working with nonprofit organizations
