How can you make an impact?

Working from our Noida office and reporting into the HR Director, you will be accountable for HR duties and supporting our business teams. Our new Business HR Generalist will work closely with HR Partners and our Global HR Communities to implement and execute HR initiatives.

A typical day might include:

• Managing employee relations issues that can include conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on disciplinary actions.
• Implementing performance management programs and provide guidance to manager and employees on best practices.
• Assisting in developing and revising of employment policies that are applicable to the designated geographic areas, ensuring compliance with local and national employment laws.
• Supporting the wider HR team with talent management - recruiting and retaining talent.
• Analysing HR metrics that support strategic decision making and improve business outcomes.
  
  

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in a similar role, working within a corporate environment that supports business and talent growth.
• A solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• The confidence, and possessing the right communication skills, to partner with business leaders.
• The necessary skills to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite. Preference will be given to those who have previous experience using Workday.
