Your New Role:

As an Application Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing the department's internal systems. You will collaborate closely with users to understand and analyse their needs, translating these requirements into detailed system specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive system documentation, including process flow charts, technical specifications, and user manuals.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Extensive experience in developing and supporting business applications written in Java
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and/or JavaScript
• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex problems and devise practical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
