Key C++ Software Engineer

As a Key C++ Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of advancing and maintaining ePrescribe transaction systems, ensuring seamless real-time processing in a medical environment.

Responsibilities

• Advance and sustain software solutions for ePrescribe and Real Time Prescription Benefits (RTPB) systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system architecture and introduce new features
• Improve code efficiency, reliability and performance
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal system interruptions
• Record software modifications, system setups and operational guidelines
• Implement and maintain medication history data integrations from Surescripts
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in C++ with at least 3 years of experience in software development
• Knowledge of RTPB and Electronic Prior Authorization systems
• Background in managing standardized ePrescribe transactions (e.g., NewRx, CancelRx, RxRenewal)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
• Familiarity with healthcare prescription standards and formulary / benefit details
