We are looking for a "Compensation Assistant" who will report to the Compensation and Benefits directorate within the Human Resources department.

What awaits you in this mission?

• You will support the execution and accounting of payroll payments,
• You will support the payment of the necessary payments during the termination process,
• You will support the timely completion of all official transactions and declarations (e-declaration, monthly labor schedules, etc.),
• You will follow up and carry out the enforcement procedures,
• You will carry out operations such as rotation, title and salary through the system,
• You will prepare case files

• If you graduated from the Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics departments of universities,
• If you are knowledgeable about payroll, personnel affairs, payroll, reporting, annual leave, official correspondence, Labor Law and SSI processes,
• If you have a good command of MS Office applications,
• If you have SAP experience,
• If you are highly motivated, prone to teamwork, responsible and careful,
• If your solution and result orientation is high,
• If your communication and negotiation skills are improved,
