Product Designer [B2B2C Products/ 6 Months Contract renewable]

This is a 6-months contract role based in Singapore on renewal basis

Must Have:

We are looking for candidates with experience in large MNC environments, preferably in Tech

Strong experience in handling Complex Product Designing

Experience in working on Consumer Facing Product (B2B/B2C)

Responsibilities:

• Leads and delivers design projects of large and (or) ambiguous scope
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for billions of users Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interface.
• Design new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems
• Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of the company's products.
• Give and solicit feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality, while also taking on mentorship
• Lead a partnership with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch

Requirement:

• Have 7-10 years of experience in mobile app and web design in an MNC environment.
• Experience connecting your work with other related initiatives across the company while driving collaboration
• Examples of leadership in non-product dimensions that have made a team stronger and positively impacted the work environment such as taking on mentorship opportunities
• Technical skillsets: Figma, Presentation Decks, Google Slides
