Inoxperience is an emerging start-up founded by two passionate entrepreneurs, dedicated to delivering captivating digital experiences for our clients. With a focus on expanding our branding services, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can help drive our creative vision forward. If you’re eager to learn, collaborate closely with founders, and grow alongside an evolving company, this role is for you.
Role Overview
As our part-time Graphic Designer (8 hours per week), you will create engaging social media content, develop professional e-book designs, and support our efforts to build and refine branding services. This position is particularly well-suited for final-year students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Content: Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for various social platforms, following brand guidelines.
- E-Book Design: Develop polished layouts, cover art, and illustrations that present a cohesive and professional final product.
- Branding & Rebranding: Help conceptualize and create brand assets (logos, color schemes, typography) as we expand our branding services.
- Close Collaboration: Work directly with our founding team to translate ideas into compelling visual content and maintain cohesive brand identity.
- Quality Assurance: Review and refine all deliverables to ensure they meet project objectives and design standards.
- Independence & Growth: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing tasks autonomously, with an eye towards expanding your role as the company grows.
Qualifications
- Educational Status: Final-year students or recent graduates in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and one of Belgium’s national languages (Dutch or French).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with additional design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva) is a plus.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design, along with a keen awareness of current design trends.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
- Time Management: Able to efficiently manage 8 hours of weekly project work and consistently meet deadlines.
