Senior Agile Coach - contract (12 months) in Galway - hybrid working (1 full week in the office, 5 consecutive days per month)!
We have a great opportunity to join successful growing teams in Dublin working in a great environment for an experienced Agile Coach with extensive experience and ideally within Financial services sector.
This role is for an experienced Coach / facilitator / trainer to assist teams in performing development utilising Agile.
Agile Methodology
Working for a market Leader
You will have a great opportunity to work with the best in the industry, taking business and systems requirements and capability analysis, solution design, and working closely with business partners and the development team facilitating scrum meetings and utilising Agile methodology.
Skills required:
· Extensive experience in a similar role as Agile Coach / Scrum Master, working with different level stakeholders
· Relevant certificates
· Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or similar technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Proven ability to analyse and understand business problems
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
