Key Requirements for Success in this Role:

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in a Project Manager role, ideally implementing ERP solutions, with a preference for Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing business solutions, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Business process analysis, modelling, and design expertise, particularly within Supply Chain, Retail, and Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies in project delivery.

Technical Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of business processes in Supply Chain and Finance.
• Understanding of business applications (ERP systems) such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/NAV/365, SAP, PHC, Primavera, SAGE.
• Strong grasp of data structures and business application frameworks.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
