Mid. Full Stack Developer (Java, React) - frequent travel to Rotterdam

Role Description

• This is a full-time role for a Full Stack Engineer (Java, React) at FPT Software.

We are currently looking for Full Stack Developer (AMS) to join our growing team in Romania. The ideal candidate should have experience with Java and React. They should have a background in L2/L3 support, including troubleshooting production issues, debugging, and root cause analysis, as well as expertise in incident and problem management, ensuring system stability through efficient log analysis and cross-team collaboration. We are looking for someone who is available to travel on-site to Rotterdam for 2 weeks each month as part of the role.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborative with the project team to understand project objectives, gather requirements, design plan, implementation, unit test and troubleshoot issues.

-Perform operations for NWMS:

• Incident Handling: Investigation of the root cause for the alert / incident; Recovery (Data modification, I/F data re-sending etc.)
• System Monitoring / Maintenance: Extract the data periodically for analysis, master maintenance; Monitor system with Grafana dashboard; Filter the error and communicate if any
• Bug Fixing / Small CR Development: Support and fix bug during business hours and non-business hours when required; Support development of new features or applications, scaling resources during peak times.
• Release Management: Release version management; System deployment
• Follow Agile practices and work closely with the whole team.
• Collaborate with client platform team in finding the best technical approach.
• Support bidding and interview candidate with related skills

Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and working experience.
• 3 years of experience in IT industry and related fields as full stack developer or L3 support
• Good experience with Java, familiar with SpringBoot framework
• Good experience with ReactJS
• Knowledge in Microservice
• Familiar with GIT, JIRA, Cloud DevOps, Docker.
• In-depth understanding of computer science fundamentals (OOP, data structures and algorithms, architecture, etc.)
• Ability to debug applications and collaborate with team members to overcome technical problems.
• Proficient understanding of code version control tools, such as Git
