Job Description

• Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assign project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Carry out the program in compliance with the project management rules (compliance with quality, cost and deadline conditions described)
• Take in charge program after the need has been validated, knowing how to situate it not only within its own department but also within the company
• Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
• Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external providers
• Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the organization
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
• Conducting audits
• Analysis of possible discrepancies and initiation of corrective actions
• Preparation and monitoring of action plans
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in management of large international projects, in an upper-management role, preferably in program management. The candidates must have the experience by managing several stakeholders based in different locations – strong adaptability is expected
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders
• Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Ability to negotiate
• Proven experience in Mainframe Systems
• Advanced level of English
