Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be working for one of the most prestigious investment banks in the world. You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that enhance workflow efficiencies, improve data quality, and accelerate the adoption of modern technologies. Working closely with engineers, stakeholders, and end users, you will guide products through their full lifecycle—from conception to launch, growth, and maturity—while ensuring they meet regulatory and risk management requirements.

Your main responsibilities:

• Work closely with teams across the organization to define a go-forward vision for products.
• Partner with engineers and users to establish, track, and deliver on key objectives and results.
• Define and execute strategies to drive user adoption and engagement.
• Lead user testing and rollout efforts across divisions to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Identify opportunities for product and process improvements based on user feedback.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced environment, meeting demanding deadlines and business needs.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within financial services (investment banking) or a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of data quality, warehousing, and analytics.
• Experience working with engineering teams to develop and deploy scalable solutions.
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps for product development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• A passion for automation, modernization, and improving workflow efficiencies.
• Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
