BI Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a versatile Data Analyst / BI Specialist with strong proficiency in BI Tools, SQL, GCP, ETL services, and Python. In this role, you will not only design and implement business intelligence solutions but also work on projects that leverage LLM (Large Language Model) services, particularly OpenAI and BigQuery ML. You’ll collaborate closely with our team to develop and optimize data-driven solutions that support the organization’s evolving analytical and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dashboards, data models, and reports using Google’s Looker Studio
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability across various reporting environments.
• Develop ad-hoc reports using SQL
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform (e.g., BigQuery, CloudSQL) to architect and manage robust ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Develop, test, and maintain Python scripts for data ingestion, transformation, and automation.
• Integrate Python-based solutions with third-party APIs and services.
• Partner with business units to identify analytical requirements and shape data solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of data processes, BI solutions, and LLM integration strategies.
• Adhere to data privacy and security protocols, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or a related function.
• Proficient in SQL for complex data manipulation and queries.
• Strong hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio).
• GCP knowledge (BigQuery, CloudSQL) and experience with ETL/ELT processes.
• Advanced Python skills for analyzing, data manipulation, automation, and API integrations.
• Interest or experience in working with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) is a major plus.
