Assistant Manager – Product Technical Delivery

Job Description:

The Product Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of FMPro Hub’s features, enhancements, and system upgrades by aligning technical execution with business objectives. This role plays a crucial part in managing product lifecycle execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between development, product management, and stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and on-time releases.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of FMPro Hub’s features, enhancements, and roadmap initiatives.

• Ensure on-time, high-quality, and within-scope product releases in alignment with business priorities.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to define, refine, and prioritize product backlog items for execution.

• Work closely with development teams, Scrum Masters, and QA to ensure Agile sprints are effectively executed.

• Oversee release planning, sprint execution, and deployment readiness across all product teams. Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Act as the primary delivery liaison between technical teams, product management, and business stakeholders.

• Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed by providing clear timelines, status updates, and risk assessments.

• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to optimize the release process and reduce deployment friction.

• Support the customer success and implementation teams by ensuring smooth handovers post-release. Risk & Issue Management:

• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies before they impact timelines. • Drive problem resolution for critical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to product releases.

• Continuously monitor and improve delivery processes to reduce technical debt and inefficiencies Process Optimization & Agile Execution:

• Implement best practices for Agile execution, backlog management, and sprint delivery.

• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance development speed and product quality.

• Ensure efficient CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to support seamless deployments. Product Adoption & Feedback Integration:

• Develop process flows and documentation that facilitate the implementation of enhancements, aligning with the Business Head’s vision. Training and User Support

• Design and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency and system utilization, supporting the Business Head’s focus on user empowerment
