Key Job Responsibilities

• [Service strategy establishment] Review progress on service related goals which are achieved with a developed strategy including KPI's of Performance and Sales programs.
• [Audit] Examine processes regarding internal and external topics and resolve issues which were pointed out.
• [Performance management] Manage performance compared to goals for KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of each business.
• [Customer satisfaction] Participate on customer satisfaction and service satisfaction thru new initiatives and projects.
• [Project Management] PMO oriented based on innovative solutions and project resources to deploy in production. Manage Sales Projects as customer retention program.
• [Marketing] Manage CS Mkt campaigns aligned with business areas and collaborate to agency.

Requirements

• Project Management, Engineering, Business Admin
• Work in Projects Management, Sales and CX above 10y experience
• Resilience, Collaboration and Innovative Thinking
• English: Full reading, writing and talking
