Job Title: Junior Software Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with experience in Node.js and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). You will work closely with our development team to build and maintain scalable applications, ensuring high performance and security. This role provides an opportunity to work on both frontend and backend development, contributing to real-world projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (Express/NestJS).

Build and optimize frontend applications using React, Vue, or Angular.

Integrate and manage cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for hosting, databases, and APIs.

Work with RESTful APIs and implement microservices-based architectures.

Write efficient and reusable code with proper documentation.

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.

Implement security best practices and optimize performance.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.

Experience with at least one frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).

Basic understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB).

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Firebase, or similar.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps fundamentals.

Exposure to Docker and containerized applications.

Basic knowledge of authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with GraphQL and WebSockets.

Familiarity with serverless architectures.

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS).

Experience working with Agile development methodologies.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

0-2 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
