Agile Coach

This is a LONG TERM mission with my customer at Brussels - BE

Language Requirement: Dutch & English

Your tasks as an Agile Coach:

· As an Agile coach you support Scrum Masters, Product Owners and

Developers in the application of Agile working methods and you stimulate the

development of an Agile mindset.

· You encourage the teams to be transparent about their own operations and

reports to your client.

· You feel in which context you can best take on the role of coach, mentor

or trainer and you can easily switch between these roles.

· You know from experience when it is best to focus on

practices (doing Agile) and when the focus should be on the

Agile values and principles (being Agile).

· You increase the support for Agile operation in the organization around the

Scrum Teams, where you coach managers in the desired

leadership.

· You help build an organizational form that strengthens the Agile operation. You

ensures that pitfalls in terms of process and organization are eliminated

detected and discussed.

· You know from experience how to bridge the gap between an Agile way of working

and project-based partners.

You work in Halle and can work from home up to two days a week or in one

of our regional offices (Haasrode, Zwijnaarde, etc.).

Profile

· Education & experience – You have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum

Master and/or Agile coach. Experience with scaled Agile practices as well as

Experience with software development and/or working in a data context

are definitely pluses.

· Autonomous – You are proactive and self-directed with your

responsibilities to get started.

· Communicative – You provide coaching and training, it is important that

convey information in a clear way and allow the coachees to

enthuse. You can adjust your communication without any problems

the target group and knows how to give feedback in a constructive way

and to receive.

· Analytical skills – You can take care of the essentials of side issues

without losing sight of the bigger picture.

· Conceptual ability – You are able to get started with

information that is not yet fully developed.

· Strategist - As an advisor and confidant, you succeed in

build constructive working relationships with senior management. You

also at this level to obtain the commitment to achieve real

to enter into changes.

· Language skills – You communicate clearly in Dutch and English.
