Solutions Architect ( Immediate Need)

Profile/Responsibilities:

• Develop the high-level structure of software or system solutions, including defining the technical stack, integration points, and data flows.
• Select the appropriate design patterns and architectural styles (e.g., microservices, event-driven) based on project needs and constraints.
• Research and recommend the most suitable technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure the architecture addresses both functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, security).
• Provide mentorship and support to development teams, ensuring they understand the architectural vision.
• Oversee code reviews, coding standards, and best practices to maintain high quality and consistency across the project.
• Continuously monitor performance metrics, propose optimizations, and ensure that the solution can scale as demand grows.
• Produce detailed architecture documents (e.g., Technical Architecture Document, Architecture Requirements Document).
• Communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

Python, React, NodeJS, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, DevOps

Qualification:

• A Technical Architect of Applications should have proficiency in application development, including programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• They should be able to design scalable and reliable solutions and have in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies.
• Integration, database management, and security and compliance are crucial areas of expertise.
• Optimization of application performance, knowledge of cloud computing, and experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices are essential.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and collaboration, and an understanding of business objectives are also important for success in this role
