Chief Product Officer

🚀 Chief Product Officer (CPO) – AI Startup | Abu Dhabi 🇦🇪

I'm working with an AI startup in Abu Dhabi that is redefining its industry, and they’re looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to drive their next phase of growth.

📌 The Role

As CPO, you’ll lead the product vision and strategy, taking products from 0 to 1 in a fast-moving, startup environment. You'll be responsible for:

✔️ Defining and executing the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives

✔️ Building and scaling a high-performing product team

✔️ Driving product development from concept to launch, ensuring market fit

✔️ Working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build innovative AI-driven solutions

📌 What We’re Looking For

✔️ Proven experience in a startup setting, leading products from ideation to scale

✔️ Strong background in product leadership, including building and managing product teams of 15-20.

✔️ Deep understanding of AI and emerging technologies (bonus if you’ve worked in AI/ML-driven products)

✔️ Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach – comfortable in both big-picture thinking and execution
