Innovation PMO Manager

Job Summary:

The Innovation PMO Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the collaboration with innovation sponsors, ensuring that the innovation portfolio aligns with their business needs through dedicated reporting and scorecards. This role will also be responsible for compliance with head office procedures, including tracking contracts for third parties. Additionally, the Innovation PMO Manager will act as a Knowledge Manager, ensuring that knowledge generated from innovation projects is captured and made reusable by the entire organization.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong project management skills, proficiency in tools like Power BI and Excel, and a passion for driving innovation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.

• Master’s degree or MBA (preferred).

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is highly desirable.

• 5+ years of experience in project or portfolio management, preferably in innovation, R&D, or technology-driven environments.

• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in knowledge management and compliance tracking.
