Network System Engineer

I’m currently working with quite possibly the coolest business in Paris. We’re looking for a Network & System Engineer to join for a long-term freelance project.

Role – Network & System Engineer

Length – Long term

Remote/Hybrid – Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper operation of network, systems, and security infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain operational continuity (handling requests, incidents, patching, etc.).
• Administer network (Cisco) and security infrastructure (firewalls, Bastion, load balancers, Syslog, etc.).
• Manage Microsoft/Linux systems and Office 365 infrastructure.
• Administer VxRail and Nutanix virtual environments.
• Contribute to ongoing projects: network infrastructure upgrades, orchestration and automation, and VM relocation to the datacenter.

Profile:

• Expertise in Cisco LAN/WLAN
• Advanced skills with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls, F5 load balancers
• Proficient in VxRail and/or Nutanix hyperconverged systems
• Skilled in NetAPP and/or Dell ISILON storage technologies
• Expertise in Windows and RedHat operating systems
• Familiarity with Cisco ISE or Cisco DNA is a plus
